Schiavi press brakes – hydraulic or hybrid – are built for sheet metal bending and metal fabrication: precise, repeatable bends, high production speed and easy integration into automated production. Every family is run by the Athena numerical control, developed in-house by Schiavi's Task Dynamic division.

The evolution of bending. 146–1,349 US tons · 10′ 6″–40′ 8″ · up to 12 back-gauge axes. Patented elimination of crowning for maximum precision, interlocking profiles and long parts.

LINEAR

Performance and flexibility. 56–247 US tons · 6′ 10″–14′ 1″ · 31.5 in daylight. Built for deep box parts, complex extractions and robotic integration.

HFBx

Performance and reliability. 90–247 US tons · 8′ 4″–14′ 1″ · 7 automatic axes standard. The best-selling workhorse of the job shop for the widest profile range.

HFBs

High-performance simplicity. 56–141 US tons · 4′ 1″–13′ 9″ · 4 axes (X–R back gauge). Straightforward high-volume bending; the 50.12 and 50.20 are robot-cell ready.

BSTs

Bending Cells

A robotic bending cell is an advanced automated system that integrates a press brake with a 6- or 7-axis robot, designed to perform all standard bending operations, from picking flat parts and bending the workpiece to unloading the finished part.
