Mini Bend Cell
The TK Mini Bend Cell is a compact solution for the automated bending of small and medium-sized parts. Built around an HFBs 50.20 or 80.25 (or a BSTs) press brake and a 6-axis robot with a 26–40 lb payload, its standard layout fits a footprint of 20′ 8″ × 13′ 2″, fencing included.
Standard: loading area, thickness gauge, inclined centering table, external repositioning device, two or three unloading areas, standard gripper and fencing with one door and one gate. Options: combination grippers (suction cups, clamps, magnets), multi-stack loading, automatic gripper and tool change.
Programming is done entirely offline in A.R.S., drastically reducing setup time. Designed for Industry 4.0 and ready for Industry 5.0.
Flex Bend Cell
The TK Flex Bend Cell combines a press brake (HFBs 80.25 and larger) with a 7-axis robot that moves horizontally along a floor-mounted rail, handling workpieces up to 59.06 × 118.11 in and 485 lb in a standard footprint of 24′ 7″ × 18′ 8″, fencing included. It is the solution for automated bending of large batches across a wide variety of profiles.
Standard: 6-axis robot plus rail axis, loading and unloading areas, thickness gauge, inclined centering table, external repositioning device, fencing with two doors and one gate. Options: combination grippers, multi-stack loading, automatic gripper and tool change.
Fast automatic offline programming for both the press brake and the robot means no on-machine robot programming. Designed for Industry 5.0.
Mega Bend Cell
The TK Mega Bend Cell takes automated bending to the next level: the rail that carries the 7-axis robot is supported by a gantry structure with a variable length from 16′ 5″ to 36′ 1″, which eliminates floor-mounted rail obstructions in front of the machine, avoids platforms to raise the press brake, removes the need for foundation work and allows a switch from robotic to manual bending in seconds. Standard footprint 42′ 8″ × 26′ 3″, fencing included.
Designed to pair with any Schiavi press brake, hydraulic or hybrid, so larger and more powerful machines get the same flexibility as a standard cell.
