Schiavi press brakes are designed and built by Schiavi Macchine International in Ghisalba, Italy – a press brake maker since 1958 – and sold, installed, trained and serviced in the United States by Schiavi America from Alpharetta, Georgia. Because the machines, the numerical controls and the software are all developed in-house, we know them inside out.
Quick technical assistance
Our trained technicians provide technical support both on site and remotely to minimize downtime. A lean structure means fast answers to requests for service, maintenance or spare parts – and speed goes hand in hand with quality.
Training
We organize specific training courses for your operators and programmers on the press brake, the Athena numerical control, Bending System office software and A.R.S. robot programming, so your staff can run every machine competently and safely from day one.
Retrofits, upgrades and customization
Existing machinery can be upgraded with the latest technology – Titano retrofit controls, robot integration, safety systems and software – improving efficiency, productivity and safety without replacing the equipment. Standard and customized solutions are both available, thanks to complete mastery of the mechanics and the software.
