The patented modular lower table maintains the traditional concept of side cylinders to move the upper table, while allowing for automatic correction and compensation of table deformations to ensure perfect parallelism.
Modular Lower Table
The upper table is carried by four pairs of bearings that slide on hardened, rectified steel guides which are integrated with the machine sides. The distance between upper and lower bearings guarantees proper table centering and alignment.

HBFx operates in an approach and return speed of 250 mm/second ensure both efficiency and precision. A large stroke of 500 mm and a span of 800 mm (1000 mm available upon request) enable processing of large boxed section at high operational speed.
